Understand Relational Trauma

Relational trauma including abuse, abandonment, substance misuse, loss, domestic violence, & more can be emotionally & psychologically painful. These events can take a long time to heal from & feel like yourself again.

Welcome

Hi, my name is Jonathan Estwick. From 2013 I was a Person-Centred Counsellor in the UK but in 2021 developed my professional work into an educator & coach for trauma survivors.

Through my own healing journey from childhood trauma, I now use my personal recovery & professional skills to teach, empower & support others.

What Clients Say

"Making the decision to pursue therapy with Jonathan is undoubtedly one of the best I have ever made. Jonathan is kind, understanding and approachable. He has never judged me and has, from our very first session, made me feel at ease. Since then, he has become one of my most trusted allies in the battle against self-doubt, internal criticism and excessive worry, a battle which I am now winning for the first time in 15 years. What I will be forever grateful for, however, is how he has enabled me to look at myself in a new, far more compassionate light and has allowed me to unlock potential I never knew I had. "
